We do it by putting a genuinely all-in-one event platform in the hands of organizers, nonprofits, and promoters, so anyone can create, sell, and run an amazing event without a page builder, a developer, or a big budget. We empower thousands of customers to create and find amazing events across the country on ticketing technology that is entirely our own. We engineered the platform ourselves and own every line of code, so we can build exactly what organizers need and keep making it better.
From a family reunion to a nationwide platform
Ticket Falcon was founded in 2019 by identical twin brothers Ashton and Ryan Clark, lifelong entrepreneurs from Chicago who have built online businesses together since they were 13.
When their family asked them to run online ticketing for a 500-person reunion, they saw the same problems everywhere they looked: the big platforms were expensive, they held your money for weeks after the event was over, and they sold the attendee data organizers had worked so hard to collect.
So they built the platform they wished existed: one that pays you as you sell, keeps your data yours, and prices fairly. That’s still what Ticket Falcon is about today.

Identical twins Ashton and Ryan Clark launched their first online business together. It was the start of a lifelong habit of building.

The first of its kind
On an entrepreneurial scholarship studying accounting and engineering, they built the first Black-owned online ticketing service for college events. It replaced cash boxes with a link.

When their family asked them to run online sales for a 500+ family reunion, the real-world problem and the opportunity came into focus.

Ticket Falcon takes flight
They launched Ticket Falcon in Chicago: one platform for ticketing, reserved seating, and fundraising alike. It handled auctions, raffles, and donations, with every dollar paid out directly to the organizer.
