Our story

Built by organizers,
for organizers.

Ticket Falcon was founded by twin brothers who once funded their own events, so we built the platform we always wanted: one that pays you as you sell, keeps your data yours, and puts every tool in one place.

We help event organizers create more memorable experiences, and keep more of what they earn making them happen.

From the South Side to nationwide

How Ticket Falcon took flight

Ashton and Ryan Clark have been building businesses together since they were kids. Ticket Falcon is where a lifetime of that came together.

Age 13

Two kids, their first venture

Ashton and Ryan, identical twins from Chicago, launch their first online business, years before either of them can drive.

High school

A sneaker company and a music startup

They build an online athletic sneaker company and a streaming service that helps independent artists promote their music.

University of Illinois

The first Black-owned GA ticketing service

On an entrepreneurial scholarship studying accounting and engineering, they create the first Black-owned online ticketing service for general-admission events, retiring cash boxes and paper tickets at colleges nationwide.

After graduation

Sharpening the craft

B.S. degrees in Accountancy with an accelerated Technology & Management (engineering) minor, then a run in corporate America to master the business behind the build.

The 500+ reunion

The light-bulb moment

Asked to run online ticketing for their own 500-plus-person family reunion, they see every flaw in the existing platforms up close: expensive, slow to pay, and hungry for attendee data.

Today

Ticket Falcon takes flight

An all-in-one event registration, management, and fundraising platform with Direct Payouts, trusted by organizers, nonprofits, and promoters nationwide.

Why we built it differently

We started with what was broken

Running online ticketing for their own 500-plus-person family reunion, Ashton and Ryan met the same three problems every organizer knows. So they fixed each one on purpose.

Existing platforms are expensive.

Our answer: One low, transparent per-ticket fee, with no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no contracts. You even choose whether you or your buyers cover it.

They hold your money until weeks after the event ends.

Our answer: Direct Payouts land in your own Stripe account on a rolling, roughly two-day basis, so ticket revenue can fund the deposits, catering, and marketing before doors open.

They sell the attendee data you worked so hard to collect.

Our answer: We never sell or rent your data. Every name, email, and phone number you gather is yours to keep and reach again for your next event.

What we stand for

The beliefs behind the platform

These aren't slogans, each one is wired into how Ticket Falcon actually works.

Get paid as you sell

We funded our own events once, so we know cash flow is everything. Direct Payouts pay you on a rolling basis, never held hostage until the event is over.

Your data stays yours

The attendee list is the organizer's most valuable asset. We never sell it, rent it, or lock it away. You own it, start to finish.

Honest, transparent pricing

No setup fees, no monthly fees, no contracts, no surprises, just one clear per-ticket fee you can plan around.

Everything under one login

Ticketing, reserved seating, auctions, raffles, donations, check-in, and in-person POS. One platform, not five tools duct-taped together.

Built for the overlooked organizer

We started with the small and mid-sized events the big platforms overcharge and ignore, reunions, nonprofits, and independent promoters.

Founder-led, still hands-on

The people who built Ticket Falcon still run it. When you need help, you reach a team that actually knows what it takes to pull off an event.

Read Ryan's story

When our family asked us to run ticketing for our 500-person reunion, we saw the whole industry's playbook up close: charge organizers too much, sit on their money, and quietly sell the attendee data they worked so hard to collect.

We knew we could do better, because we'd been the organizer scraping together cash flow to make an event happen. So we built Ticket Falcon to pay you as you sell, to keep your data yours, and to put every tool you need under one login. That's still exactly what we're building today.
