The app, answered
Is the Ticket Falcon app free?
Yes, the app is completely free to download and use on both iPhone and Android, for organizers and attendees alike. There is no download fee and no per-scan fee. Standard Ticket Falcon ticketing fees apply only when you sell a ticket.
Do I need the app to sell or buy tickets?
No. Everything works on the web too. The app is for doing it on the go, scanning guests in and managing events as an organizer, or pulling up your tickets as an attendee. Use whichever is handy; it is the same account either way.
Can my team check people in from their own phones?
Yes. You can grant staff and volunteers check-in access from their own accounts, so they scan tickets on their own phones without a shared login and without seeing your sales or settings.
Does check-in stay in sync across devices?
Yes. Every scan updates in real time across every phone, tablet, and the web dashboard, so a ticket can never be used twice, even with several people scanning at once.
Is it the same login as the website?
Yes. Sign in with your existing Ticket Falcon account and everything is already there: your events, tickets, and team. Start on your laptop and finish on your phone.
Which devices are supported?
The app runs on iPhone and iPad via the App Store and on Android phones and tablets via Google Play. Any device with a camera can scan tickets, no extra check-in hardware required.
Where do attendees find their tickets?
In the app under My Tickets, split into Current and Past. Open a ticket to show its QR code at the door, check your check-in status, or view the venue and directions.
