Co-founder & CTO

The engineer behind the platform: the payouts, the seat maps, and the check-in that just works the moment the doors open.

Ryan Clark, Co-founder & CTO of Ticket Falcon

About Ryan

Ryan Clark is the co-founder and CTO of Ticket Falcon. He and his identical twin, Ashton, have been building businesses together since they were teenagers, from an online sneaker company and a music startup to the first Black-owned online ticketing service for general-admission events, which they launched as students at the University of Illinois.

Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with a minor in Technology and Management (Engineering) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. As CTO, he leads the engineering behind everything organizers and attendees touch: Direct Payouts, the reserved-seating designer, real-time check-in, and the infrastructure that keeps it all fast and reliable at scale.

Ryan believes that success means nothing unless you bring others along the way, and he mentors and gives back as often as he can. A Chicago Defender Men of Excellence honoree, he is a lifetime member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and a member of the 100 Black Men of Chicago, where he co-chairs the annual Holiday Toy Drive and works to improve the quality of life and educational opportunities of African-American males across the Greater Chicago area.
